| Details: | SUMMARY: No routine coliform sample 4th quarter of 2013. Sanitary Survey Significant Deficiencies completed. DETAILS: Talked to Tom Keenan and reviewed that 1 coliform bacteria sample is required to be taken every quarter. Not sure whether or not he took a coliform sample December 1, 2013-- there are no results. He will take a coliform sample now for the first quarter of 2014.Tom completed the ERP and the O&P Manual in November 2013. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
