| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert follow up for 4 of 5 temp routine tc+ DETAILS: System took 5 temporary routines following positive samples in June and 4 of 5 were positive+. Spoke with Butch and Lab and Butch will take triggered samples from both wells to meet groundwater rule. System has had several positive+ in last couple months. Butch will continue to investigate the source of the coliforms, chlorinate, flush and resample again. System distributed PN on 7/29/14 for previous positive. ACTION NEEDED: Continue public notice until all samples show absent. Take triggered samples from each well, find and fix problem and will need 5 temp routines again in August. | ||
