| Details: | SUMMARY: I stopped to post the new Boil Water Notice, submitted it to DWS, and discussed the monthly sampling for the source and treatment, and the need to send in a plan review to DWS describing the chlorination and NSF chlorine. DETAILS: The firm continues to not use the water, and not to cook any food. The system will have to have at least 2 quarters of clean water tests, be begin reducing the penalty points. The firm is now under Kevin Cameron, who is fixing the current issues. ACTION NEEDED: The taking of monthly source and treatment samples, and submit a plan review for the chlorination system | ||
