| Details: | SUMMARY: LIFTING OF BOIL WATER NOTICE DETAILS: Facility provided five special samples that were absent. The boil water notice is allowed to be lifted. ACTION NEEDED: The boil water notice can be lifted. There are three tasks I need you to do:1. Provide five “Temporary Routine” TCR samples in August 2014. 2. If they haven’t already done it, please have the hosts thoroughly flush the water out of their RV/Trailer.3. Install a raw water sample tap and provide a Triggered source sample ASAP. | ||
