| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert follow up for 3 of 4 repeat tc+ DETAILS: System took 4 repeats following 7/30 routine total coliform+ and all 3 in distribution total coliform+. Triggered well sample absent. Called Butch and he thinks problem may be a leak in the concrete reservoir at ground level. They will patch the leak, chlorinate, flush and resample. Reminded Butch to get me public notice within 30 days. ACTION NEEDED: Correct problem, take verification samples and distribute public notice until verification samples absent. Take 5 temp routines in September. | ||
