| Details: | Two temporary routine distribution samples are positive for coliform. A third sample was missed and is being submitted. This water quality alert generated a Level 2 Investigation and will require the system to be sampled monthly for one year. Shane Galloway completed a Level 1 investigation in January. He reported a pressure tank replacement. The storage tank was drained and cleaned. Shock chlorination was conducted. I provided the storage tank shock chlorination tool. |
