| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine +TC DETAILS: Lacey reported that a routine sample collected wednesday 8/6/14 at 999 Locust St NE was positive for total coliform (E. coli absent). Three repeats were collected yesterday 8/7/14 at the original site and upstream and downstream-- all repeats came back negative for coliform & E. coli today. There was no known cause of the original positive and chlorine residuals were normal at the time. ACTION NEEDED: Salem needs to collect triggered source water samples from all wells that were active at the time of the distribution positive-- Lacey indicated those samples would be collected from three ASR wells today with results ready on Monday (note: SRC-BA ASR #1 was not running at the time). Update 8/11/14: all well samples were absent for coliform/EC. | ||
