| Details: | SUMMARY: A July 2014 temp routine sample collected from the source tested TC+. DETAILS: 7-29-14 --- Donna Bergquist called to inform me that one of the five temp routines collected in July tested TC+: one collected from the source. She says there was a misunderstanding about where it was supposed to be collected from. I called Joe Carlson at DWS who informed me that the source sample will be re-designated as an assessment sample and that the water system operator needs to collect a replacement temp routine in July from the distribution system. Joe added that he will prevent an Alert from being issued for the aforementioned source sample that tested TC+. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
