| Details: | SUMMARY: One distribution repeat sample collected 7-23-14 tested TC+. DETAILS: 7-23-14 --- Repeat and triggered samples collected.7-25-14 --- Scot Beemer informed me one repeat sample tested TC+. We discussed the required 5 August temp routines and posting/sending DMCE a copy of a tier 2 public notice. Scot believes the issue responsible for the presence of bacteria in the distribution system is a leaky fitting in a valve box which he says will be taken out of service until repaired.7-25-14 --- Alert issued.
