| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: I called the number listed for Troy. Mr. Wade was not available so I spoke with his wife Tammy Turney. I informed Ms. Turney of the requirement to take 4 repeat samples including one from the source within 24 hours of being notified of the positive and 5 routine samples next month. Ms. Turney will pass along the info to Mr. Wade and have him call me if he has any questions. ACTION NEEDED: Four repeat samples today and five routine samples next month. | ||
