| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Phone consultation on 7/16/14 with operator Mark Scacco regarding the positive total coliform sample on 7/14/14. He stated that within a couple days of when the water test was taken they found that the store had no water. It was discovered that the well pump pressure switch had burned out and the holding tank had run dry. He chlorinated the holding tank after the replacement of the pressure switch that allowed the well water to replenish the tank. We discussed taking 4 repeat samples as soon as possible with one of those tests taken at the wellheads sample tap. I reminded him to take 5 routine samples in August. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples as soon as possible and 5 routine samples in August. | ||
