| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: 15.4 nitrate result even though firm has treatment. ACTION NEEDED: The firm has increased the maintenence schedule from semi-annual to quarterly will perform monthly nitrate samples for the next six months a test port between the tow tanks were installed replacement tanks will be stored locally so if test results shows increasing nitrate levels then the tank replacement/maintainence can occur on a non emergency schedule.
