| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert follow up for tc+ triggered DETAILS: 4 repeats taken on 8/7 following 8/6 total coliform positive routine. All four samples were taken on same day consecutively by Tom at Umpqua lab. He marked the 1st sample triggered and the other 3 repeats. Only the 1st sample marked TG was tc positive Spoke with Mat and the will investigate and possibly chlorinate and take additional samples to ensure absent. A total coliform public notice is required. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice and get copy to me. Find/fix problem and take enough additional samples to verify absent. Take 5 temporary routines in September. | ||
