| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: I contacted Bridget. She informed me that Juan is the contact for the system and provided me with his telephone number. I contacted Mr. Esqueda and he stated that he took 5 repeat samples to the laboratory yesterday which included a source sample. I let him know he is required to take 5 routine samples in July. He verified he is the system owner and provided me with the information needed to complete the water system information form. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine samples in July 2014. Complete and submit water system information form | ||
