| Details: | On Feb 11 2020, Justin Nelson from Warren Water Association called me to let me know the Coliform Sampling Plan is completed, and wanted to know who to forward it to. I told Justin he can forward the CSP to me for review. Justin also asked about when Gorin Well's quarterly sampling schedule for Radionuclides (Gross Alpha, Radium, Uranium and Gross Beta Particle) could be reduced. I reviewed the rules and emailed Justin back the details of how that will depend on the average of the sample results after four consecutive quarters. The schedule can switch to once every 9 years, if the average of the initial samples shows as "non-detect"; once every 6 years if the samples' average is below one-half the MCL; once every 3 years if the samples' average is less than the MCL but over one-half the MCL. Justin forwarded me Warren Water Association's updated Coliform Sampling Plan. I have reviewed it, it looks complete to me, and I forwarded their Coliform Sampling Plan to Oregon DWS. |
