| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat coliform positive DETAILS: spoke in detail with Judy on 8/4/14. Well 2 has been isolated and closed off from system, tenants do not currently have access to this well water. The system had already submitted the 5 repeat samples earlier this morning and we are awaiting test results for those 5 samples. System has called a well company to come out and shock chlorinate the system on Wen 8/6. This will be cone regardless of results of repeat sample. Mentioned to the system that a public notice may need to be issued if the repeat samples test negative and system is ready to comply with this if applicable. ACTION NEEDED: Await test results of repeat samples and distribute public notice if applicable. | ||
