| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for five TC positive results from temporary routine samples collected 8/11/14. Spoke with Andy. As these results will generate a total coliform MCL violation for the month, no repeat samples are required. A triggered source sample is required, however no raw water sample tap has been installed yet. Andy said installing the raw tap will be a priority. Reviewed public notice requirement and provided link to template. ACTION NEEDED: System to install raw water sample tap, collect source sample, post public notice and send dated copy to DWS. System to collect five routine samples in September. | ||
