Details: SUMMARY: Positive samples from hand pump DETAILS: Discussed positive results. The hand pump was deactivated and notice was placed. Mathew will go to the site Tuesday to survey the situation. Possible problems for the well: a) the well was not drilled into confining layer, b) drought conditions c) possible old outhouse near, d) infiltration from slab. Mathew will check out possibilities. ACTION NEEDED: Find source of problem and develop a strategy to resolve.
