| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat coliform samples taken in distribution system were positive for total coliform, triggerring a Total Coliform MCL Violation DETAILS: Talked with both Howard (Bud) Wakefield, Association Treasurer, and Jerry Flocchini (also on Association Board) about recent positive coliform samples. The association is having Klamath Pump company disinfect the well and system. Klamath Pump recently worked on the well, adding additional lengths of pipe to the submersible pump. The association members were told of the coliform problem and given oral recommendations. ACTION NEEDED: 1. Issue written public notice.2. Disinfect well and water system.3. Resample system after disinfection to verify efficacy4. Issue public notice when problem correct | ||
