| Details: | Spoke to Alisha and reminded her that they still need to take their SOC samples this year and to also get their AS sample in too asap. She sent in her November and December 2020 CC forms with pH recorded in the mail yesterday so the state should be getting them in a few days. I gave her the state compliance email to send in her pH results for the future so the state receives them quicker. No other action is necessary at this time. | ||
