Details:	SUMMARY: Deficiency Followup Survey 2014 DETAILS: The system had applied for a waiver from well setbacks as part of the WSS deficiencies. Par t of the waiver was also to a seek permission to remove the chlorination unit. Tom Pattee from the Springfield office approved both the setback waiver and the removal of chlorination on 8/14/14.
