Details:	SUMMARY: alert follow up for 2 of 5 tc+ temporary routines DETAILS: 2 of 5 temp routines positive for total coliform+. Called Asa and lab both and discussed resampling. Only triggered samples required since 2 positive coliform+ confirm presence. Umpqua lab will take triggered samples from both wells tomorrow 8/22. Emailed Asa regarding public notice within 30 days. Will try to schedule a meeting on site to go over system and sampling with new operators. ACTION NEEDED: Take triggered samples to ensure problem is not in the sources. Develop and distribute public notice within 30 days and get copy to me. Address problem, chlorinate, etc?
