| Details: | SUMMARY: Boil water advisory due to mainline break DETAILS: Gene spoke to DWS manager Joe Carlson on Sunday Aug. 24th regarding a mainline break early in the morning that caused a loss of positive pressure. I spoke to Gene on Monday. The break completely drained the reservoir and the upper service area was out of water. The boil water notice was hand delivered to all customers on Sunday. The mainline has been repaired and system is being flushed. He plans to collect samples today. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for sampling results to determine if boil water advisory can be lifted. | ||
