| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: The repeat samples taken 8/8/14 resulted in one positive from 243 Broadmore Ave. there is no known cause for a positive. Jeremy understands the need to issue a PN within 30 days and plans to do so sending it out with the newsletter. I also reminded Jeremy to take 5 temporary routine (distribution) samples in September.
