| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert follow up for positive total coliform triggered sample DETAILS: One of two triggered samples positive for total coliform.. Made site visit and met with Asa, Will and Katie. Discussed sampling and sampling sites (both positive routines from 8/20 were from rarely used sinks) and looked at wells and pump house. Discussed chlorinating reservoir if needed. System was confident positives were due to poor sampling locations. One of two well samples on 8/22 positive? System may chlorinate this well and pump chlorinated water into reservoir. Will need to take follow up samples to ensure absent from coliforms.
