| Details: | SUMMARY: Martin requested 3 weeks to complete the Significant Deficiencies from survey. DETAILS: Tracer Study is being completed by HBH. Martin submitted the Emergency Response Plan on 8/22/14. All significant deficiencies have been corrected except the submittal of plan review for the water main project to connect PC to Salmon Creek. Martin has been sent the information to complete the Plan Review. ACTION NEEDED: Follow-up in 2 weeks. | ||
