Details:	SUMMARY: Martin requested 3 weeks to complete the Significant Deficiencies from survey. DETAILS: Tracer Study is being completed by HBH. Martin submitted the Emergency Response Plan on 8/22/14. All significant deficiencies have been corrected except the submittal of plan review for the water main project to connect PC to Salmon Creek.
