| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine was TC positive DETAILS: Becky had already had the required 4 repeats taken and submitted to Umpqua research. Actually she submitted 5 per Umpqua. However this system only needed to do 4 repeats. I advised to take 5 more in September, marking them all Temporary Routine. Operator had questions about installing UV. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 Triggered in September and I will send list of approved UV units. | ||
