Details: SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample 9/9/13 DETAILS: Called & spoke with Mr. Eggers to let him know to take 4 repeat samples in the distribution system. This system already samples for source samples on a monthly basis. They also need to take 5 temp routine samples in October. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & follow up as necessary.
