| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 10-7-13 DETAILS: Asked Karen to take 3 repeat samples in the distribution system as well as each source needs a sample. She indicated that the park had a leak & that may be the cause of the leak. I also asked him to take 5 temp routine samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow ups & respond if needed | ||
