| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC Investigation DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know that they still needed to sample for Nitrate at the well # 1. The well field designation does not include nitrate. He said that he told the lab that he works with about it when Mark told him a couple months ago. I let him know that the State never received nitrate results. He said he would call the lab right away. I let him know to sample ASAP. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & RTC to resolve PNC status | ||
