| Details: | SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 6-25-14 DETAILS: I called the operator & left a message notifying him about the total coliform positive. I let him know to take a source sample at the spring box & 4 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let him know check on the chlorinator to be sure it was operating properly. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & follow up as needed. | ||
