| Details: | SUMMARY: Investigation of PNC DETAILS: System has a score of 11. Talked to the operator about the nitrate violations. He thought that it was a well field & only needed to sample at the well # 2. I let him know that Nitrate is the exception to rule & still needed to be sampled at both entry points. He said he will sample at the other well. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & RTC violations. | ||
