| Details: | SUMMARY: total coliform positive for sample date 2-11-14 DETAILS: The alert was delayed until the end of the day on 2-24-14. The system only took 3 repeat samples & didnt take a source sample. Let the operator know to take a source sample but they were too late to take the 4th repeat sample. The State would need to take & report the sample by this date. I reminded him that the system would need 5 temp routine samples for the month of March. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & respond if necessary. RTC source sample violation when possible | ||
