| Details: | SUMMARY: total coliform positive for sample date 7-6-14 DETAILS: David contacted this office to let me know about the total coliform positive. I let him know to sample at all of the active wells. He said that wells # 2, 4 & 7 were active. Well # 2 has mistakenly been listed as abandoned. It should have been placed as inactive. It is now being used due to low production of the other wells. I let him know to take 4 temp repeat samples asap along with the source sample. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor sample results & follow up as needed | ||
