| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL- repeat total coliform positive for sample date 7-10-14 DETAILS: David contacted this office to let me know about the total coliform positive. He indicated that well # 4 positive for total coliform. This well has been taken offline & will be disinfected. He indicated that a public notice will be distributed to the users. I asked that a copy be sent to the State & this office. I reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice & follow up as needed. | ||
