| Details: | SUMMARY: Spoke with Jodi regarding deficiencies from 4-17-14 survey. DETAILS: 9-2-14 --- Requested that Jodi have Pepsi send documentation/statement as to whether or not and which backflow preventer has been installed in/on their dispenser at Central Point Little League. Verification of correction of the other uncorrected deficiency - chlorine residual monitoring - will need to be postponed until next operating season. Corrective action is in place with a deadline of June 30, 2015. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
