| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert: COLI13206--- A repeat sample collected on 8-22-14 tested TC+. DETAILS: 8-25-14 --- Spoke with Rob Underwood, Caitlyn at Neilson Research, and Chuck Michael (DWS). This sample was labeled "repeat", then mistakenly changed to "triggered"-- however, it is actually a repeat sample because there is no source - this is a purchasing system - the water system purchases MWC water. E-mail was sent to Chuck Michael requesting the sample be changed to "repeat". This is an MCL violation so a public notice template was sent to Rob Underwood via e mail to be posted at the espresso stand. We discussed collecting five temp routines in September. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
