DETAILS: 8-6-14 --- Three distribution repeat samples (and a triggered source sample) collected on 8-5-14 tested coliform positive. Ron called and informed me of the sample results. I e mailed him a tier 2 public notice and advised him to send DMCE a completed copy after distributing it. I also informed Ron that five temp routines are due in September. Ron said that he would contact a contractor to disinfect the water system. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
