Details:	SUMMARY: Tentant complaint regarding population and connections DETAILS: A new owner of a mobile home for the water system called to tell us that the association is currently at a population of 44 with 14 connections. She is claiming the president of the association does not want to connect there home to the water system causing the system to be a community system. The new home owner claims they already meet the population and or connection requirements and there fore it shouldnt matter. New tenant also stated she is concerned since a number of children live in the neighborhood that the water needs to be tested for more chemicals as required by community water systems. I have contacted OWS who is the contact and DRC for this system and asked them to verify the population and connections on the system so we can determine the system type. ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for OWS to determine population and connections.
