Details:	SUMMARY: Pre tracer study site inspection. DETAILS: Met with TJ to assess the need and feasibility to conduct a tracer study to determine contact time. TJ will take meter readings of water usage so we can estimate the contact time. The system does not have a sample port to verify the chlorine concentration before the contact chamber so conducting a tracer study will be difficult. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with TJ - get meter readings of peak water usuage.
