Details: I contacted Joe Trtek from Tamarack MHP in response to him saying that the ASR, Consumer Confidence Report and Enabling Authority documents were completed and sent to the State, and one or more of them were sent as paper copies via regular mail.
I requested that Joe send me those documents via email for review, and then I can forward them to Oregon DWS. I also informed Joe about an upcoming online Small Water System Operator Training Course via OAWU this week.
Joe responded to my email saying he has registered for the SWSOTC later this week and will email me copies of those required documents.
