Details: SUMMARY: Tenant complaint that they have not received the CCR in a number of years DETAILS: A tenant at Tillicum park called on 8/11/14 regarding the water system did not have a certified operator, had not distributed a CCR in 3 years, and the tenant thought they were not sampling for coliform as required. I checked SDWIS and found the system was in compliance with there monitoring, the system did not have a certified operator listed and did not send in to the state copies of there CCR since 2011. I contacted the system contact Keith and Elinor Anders and discussed these issues with them. Elinor stated both her and Keith had recently taken the small water system course online and were sending in the paperwork this week. Elinor stated they will contact Delta Consulting and have them help them create the CCR for 2014 as required. After confirming with the state it was decided that past CCR do not need to be created and to just focus on the current CCR. the system has also not completed any cross connection reports since 2008. ACTION NEEDED: I followed up with Elinor on 9/3/14 and Shelley with Delta Consulting to make sure the certified operator paperwork was received at the state, as of today it has not been posted to SDWIS. I have had Elinor also mail me a copy so I can send it in via e-mail to the state for processing. Shelley stated they will have the 2014 CCR completed and
