| Details: | SUMMARY: System score/sampling vios DETAILS: Spoke to Sharon about sampling requirements. She thought they were going to have Water lab be the operator of the system. I explained that the operator is required to do more than just take samples. I asked her to follow up with Water lab and ask if they really provide certified operator services. I reviewed what a certified operator is and talked to her about taking the course online. She said she was going to call Water Lab and get back to me. I told her if I didnt hear back from her I would be sending the system a letter outlining their violations and possibility of enforcement. Sharon found out Waterlab does not provide contract operator services. I gave her the list of other labs in the area and told her to call around and see if one of them provides the service.
