| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I contacted Kathy Meyer by phone and discussed the positive routine sample. She does not know why it was positive. She will do 4 repeats with one sample from the source. The lab was suppose to come out last week but she will call them again and set up a time today if possible. I reminded her to do 5 temporary routines this month ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
