Details:	SUMMARY: Responded to Alert for Total Coliform DETAILS: 9-10-14 Called contact Jeff Demers and left a message to have someone take four repeat samples and five routine samples in October.9-11-14 Called Jeff Demers and told him that he needs to take four repeat samples and five routine samples in October. Jeff Demers says that Kevin (DRC) and Shelley Hunt are aware and are taking the samples. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 4 repeat samples within 24-hours and then taking 5 routine samples during the next month (October).
