| Details: | SUMMARY: Coli Alert RT DETAILS: 9-05-2014 Sarah Puls contacted Mr. Deese and left a message to obtain a triggered source water sample and then collect 5 temporary samples in October.9-08-2014 I called Mr. Deese and left a message about shock chlorinating and obtaining a triggered source sample.9-10-2014 Called Mr. Deese and I told him about obtaining a triggered source sample after shock chlorinating. Mr. Deese said that he had already shock chlorinated the well and was waiting for the chlorine smell to dissipate before taking a sample. I told Mr. Deese that I would come out on Friday to check the well head and to check for chlorine in the system prior to him taking a sample.9-12-14 Visited the system and checked for chlorine in the system with my Hach test kit, there was 0.0mg/L chlorine in the system. I then told Mr. Deese to take a water sample from the source (which was in this case a hose faucet from the first house on Hillview Lane 2) and turn it in to Analytical Labs as a triggered source sample. ACTION NEEDED: I told Mr. Deese that they need to take a triggered source sample, and five temporary water samples in October. | ||
