| Details: | Ann reached out to update the progress on making updates to the corrections from the previous survey. She attached several photos to an email showing all of the updates to the bobs well wellhouse. It looks exactly the same on the outside (in deference to the yard) but Javier sealed installed an entirely new box, better sealed, with a roof that opens to the side instead of from the middle. This should help with maintaining the integrity of the roof. He sealed all around where the box touches the concrete with silicone and all new insulation. The ivy has been cut back and they have added that to their maintenance schedule to avoid future intrusion. We spoke about the struggles of creating an operation and maintenance manual and an emergency response plan. I emailed back some documents to hopefully help the process. |
