| Details: | SUMMARY: : Alert Coli13075 DETAILS: Spoke with owner Mark Scacco, about the positive repeat coliform tests received on 7/28/14. He previously stated that the week prior to the first routine positive test that the well pump pressure switch had burned out and the holding tank had run dry. Mark has since completely drained the holding tank, pressure washed the insides, and chlorinated the tank. Assistance with creating and posting public notice will be done next day, 7/30/14. I reminded him to take 5 routine samples in August. ACTION NEEDED: Firm will take 5 routine samples in August and post & submit public notice | ||
