Details:	Received a phone call from a person who is served by the water system. Person did not provide name or contact information. Person expressed concern about power outage lasting about 18hrs and loss of water pressure, no information has been provided to this person from the operator about boil notice,etc. I told person I would contact operator to see what procedures he took following outage, person said she would call me back at some point later today to check on status. I called operator and left a voice message.
