| Details: | SUMMARY: I just talked with Kevin, who has sent in the plan review for the chlorination system, and delivered one source and one treatment sample to Alexio labs. DETAILS: The system is under surveillance to determine if formal enforcement is required. The new contact and owner is following through on submitting the plan review and taking monthly source and treatment samples. ACTION NEEDED: The system is required to take monthly source and treatment samples, and in addition to supply evidence that the chlorination system is working by recording free chlorine tests. | ||
